To some old friends, and some new ones....

To Kathryn, my oldest friend:
I remember the days of "treasures" and Mrs. Shum the bum, our trips to Arizona with the "surprise bag" and our many claims of "we're never going to get boyfriends!" Congratulations on your engagement, and I will do everything in my power to make it out to Cali for your wedding.

To Amy, my roommate, kindred spirit in all that is dog, and new partner in crime:
"I thought it was HIS birthday!" I can't wait to move in and create our "pack". You're a wonderful friend and I'm so glad you walked into my work with your ADD doggy that day.

To Curran, a new friend:
Thank you for letting me tag along last night. It was definately worth babysitting the Tazmanian Devils, even if they did make you drink the worst Long Island EVER! Too much fun! Even though none of us are ever welcome at Becky's again, it was definately worth it!

To Ashlee, hopefully still a friend:
I know you're skeptical, but the paranoia has subsided, and I'd really like the chance for you to know me without it. We did have fun when we hung out, especially at "the fountain"! Don't let my meltdown be the fall of our careers in cheese modeling!

To Joann, the old roommie & few good things I left in NY:
I miss you. I hope things are well for you and that you've finally found the happiness you deserve. Everything sucked at the time we lived in that house.

To Ms. Isis, one of the most talented photographers I know:
Thank you for capturing me in the most creative ways. I look forward to finding your book on shelves sometime, and if you come to Portland, you need to let me know!


There are so many others I have things to say to... but for now these people were on my mind for various reasons, and even if they don't actually read this... I was thinking of you.
